Started as one men operation in East London in 2001 the company has grown in size, quality and ability. Since start trading as a Limeted copmany in 2006, it is become a member of various Building and Public organizations, such as the National House-Builders Council (NHBC), The Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and Federaton of Small Businesses (FSB)

City Development UK Limeted registerd with Constructionline, the UK's register of pre-qualified local and national construction and construction-related suppliers, assesed by the official contractor Health and Safety assessment schame (CHAS) and looking to participate in Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS).
