NHBC is also the UK's leading warranty and insurance provider for new homes, and our Buildmark warranty covers more than 85% of new homes in the UK and currently protects more than 1.6 million homes.

NHBC Buildmark warranty

'Buildmark' is the name of NHBC's 10-year warranty and insurance cover. It is designed to protect owners of newly-built, or newly-converted residential housing, if a problem does occur in a new home registered with NHBC.
